I'm Marcy Lilo, a midwife with many years of experience in caring for pregnant women, new parents and newborns, and one of the founders of Birth and Bloom.

By a degree in Obstetrics from the University of Western Macedonia, postgraduate studies at Management of Health Care Units from the Open University of Cyprus, and specialisations such as certification in prenatal yoga, pregnancy massage and as first aid trainer, I combine the scientific knowledge with the human contact to provide holistic support to families.

My career started in the delivery room of the Inter-Balkan Medical Center of Thessaloniki, where I had the honor to I've been involved in hundreds of births, supporting women in one of the most important moments of their lives. At the same time, I have trained and specialised on a number of issues concerning the prenatal and perinatal care, watching scientific seminars and publishing research articles in international journals.

The my vision for the Birth and Bloom was born out of the need to create a space where every woman will feel safe, supported and empowered. My aim is to I am next to the parents, from the preparation for childbirth until first period of parenthood, offering services that cover their every need.

By empathy, respect and love for my work, I try every day to make a difference in the lives of families who they trust us.
